  • Fans for cooling & Heaters for warming the reception tent

Food & Beverage:

  • Bar Tent (400 Sq ft Client provides bartenders, alcohol & permit)

  • Caterers Tent (400 Sq ft) (Pioneer Catering in our selected caterer)

Cocktails:

  • Cocktails & Games area with bistro lighting and a rustic coral

Ceremony:

  • Three Ceremony Sites: Among the Trees, Garden by the Rocks, Cocktail Area Tree Line

  • Classic White padded folding chairs for all guests

  • Ceremony Audio & Production Services (available with your credit to Summer Bounce Entertainment)

  • Ceremony furniture (signing table & chairs)

Outdoors:

  • Fireplace with sitting area

  • Ambient Outdoor lighting, walking paths, and scenic view

Bridal Lounge:

  • Climate-Controlled Bridal Lounge

  • Wheelchair accessible private washrooms

Coordination:

  • Dedicated On-Site Venue Wedding Coordinator

Guest Amenities:

  • Portable restrooms (Climate-Controlled Luxury Bathroom Trailers are available for rent from partners)

  • Parking for up to 100 cars
